The high capacity inlet of this unit allows for greater BTU output, offering a max BTU rating of 300,000. This product has been designed for natural gas applications and features a burner only. Always wanted a fire pit and this item is perfect! It also turn into a cooler for drinks so basically it is a product that you can use all year around! Great to roast marshmallows with the family!
Just like the picture, a little shallow but it's for my patio so itll work fine
The fire pit seems to be well made, put it together a few days ago and haven't yet used it. The hook on the top of the screen is made of EXTRMEMLY soft metal and twisted off as I was attaching it as the last step of the process and I am very disappointed in the quality of that part.
Overall an excellent small fire pit for an urban/suburban backyard where fires have to be kept small due to nearby structures. The firebox itself is a little on the shallow side, making it difficult to cover while a nice fire is burning, but it works great. Easy to assemble, with slotted bolt attachments to allow for the joints to expand/contract with heating and cooling of the structure (be sure not to over-tighten the bolts to allow for this; otherwise the metal pieces could warp, causing the fire pit to rock on a level surface. Have yet to see how long it will last before rusting; the firebox has discolored a bit in a few places after the first use, but some discoloration there is expected. If you have a larger space where you can have larger fires, you may want to look to something bigger.
