Simple design, easy assembly, perfect size.
It looks like a great little patio fireplace, but I have to wait because my shipment was missing important parts like the grate to put the wood on and the agent that I spoke with told me it would be until the end of November before they could send me one. Today is October 13 2020 so I just have to wait a month. I went ahead and gave them 3 stars just to be generous because they answered the phone when I called and the rep (Kenzie) was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned. This company needs to do a better job of supporting their products when snafus like this occur. I mean they take your money right? Then its, Sorry about that. Can you wait a month to get the rest of what you purchased? I mean come on people - Really? So be prepared for the disappointment when you buy from this place.
